We DO NOT charge a returns fee like many online retailers. You are able to return your purchase to us at any point up to 14 days from the date your order was received without any penalty.

Please make sure your name/user id is enclosed with your returned item so that we can process your refund as quick as possible.  Return postage costs are at the buyers expense.  Your purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations and your statutory rights are not affected.

You can return any item for a refund or exchange, all we ask is that you take care of the item whilst in your possession and make sure all items and packaging are returned is the same condition as received.
