All items are sent to be signed for, either by First Class Recorded or International.

This way we will always have a tracking number available, if you require this information please ask.

DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to dispatch items within 2 Working Days.

If you require items in a rush, when possible we can send by next day delivery ( UK only ), but please contact us to check that we can do this, and we will also be able to give you a price for this service.

RETURNS POLICY

All items must be returned in the orginal state that item was received in, this must be done within 14 days of receipt, and you will need to contact us first.

Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Recorded Post.

We will not accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us.

You will need to pay postage of any items returned.
