Payment

We accept payment by Credit or Debit Card through Paypal only. 

All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.

Once an auction finishes our system will send an Invoice with detailed payment information to your REGISTERED E-BAY E-MAIL ADDRESS. Please 

make sure the e-mail address you have registered is correct.

Once an item is shipped we will e-mail you with the delivery details. 

INVOICE & WARRANTY - As a fully registered UK Limited Company, we will issue a full VAT Invoice which is e-mailed to you as a document at the 

time of dispatch. The invoice will also show the warranty associated with the product purchased. 

Please keep this as it is your proof of purchase and will be needed should you ever need to register a warranty claim.

Shipping

We take great care in ensuring your product is dispatched safely and securely to you at all times.  The postage fee 

only applies to courier service and is calculated dependent on your location.  We require a signature on receipt of the goods so please make 

sure someone is available to take delivery.

Delivery takes place Monday-Friday between 8am and 6pm, we cannot give specific drop times.

Delivery is to UK MAINLAND only.

We will not under any circumstances ship goods without cleared payment.  If you pay by e-cheque through Paypal then it can take up to 10 days 

to clear.  We suggest that all buyers ensure that their registered card details are up to date with Paypal as this is the most common reason 

for your payment defaulting to e-cheque and unwanted delays.  We allow a statutory 5 working days after deposit for bank cheques to clear 

before dispatch of goods.

Any special requirements should be notified to us at the point of ordering. You will be provided with an estimated delivery date and the 

relevant contact numbers when your order is confirmed. 

The delivery service does not include installation of the product. We recommend that you do not book fitters to install your appliances until 

you have received and inspected your goods.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied 

warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any 

item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a 

problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Returns

Products MUST be inspected upon delivery and refused if any damage is found. 

No claims for damage will be accepted after item has been signed for. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have signed for the 

correct number of goods delivered. 

Any damage should be identified to the delivery personnel and noted on their delivery note. In most cases any damage issues will be resolved 

by the manufacturer / supplier at the point of delivery. 

You must make a note of any damaged goods or incorrect goods on the delivery note. Damage must be notified to us by email so we are aware and 

then in writing within 48 hours of delivery. 

Do not fit or use a product that is incorrect or different to that which was ordered. Failure to comply with this instruction will deem that 

you have accepted the goods and we will be unable to return or replace them.

Please note the following:

All returns will be charged at 25% for re-stock
You will be charged the ACTUAL COST of collecting the item
Special deliveries are non returnable *
Any worktops ordered incorrectly are non returnable

* Special Deliveries refers to, if an item is not in stock and a special order has been made with        
  our manufacturers as it’s a one off then this item becomes non refundable
