Due to the Royal Mail strikes action throughout the UK we have added the option of you being able to pay a little extra, for independant courier delivery. Standard, Royal Mail delivery IS still included in the price, and you DO NOT have to pay any extra, but the option is there if you'd rather not rely on the Royal Mail, in the present climate. Return policy

We accept non-faulty returns provided your inform us, via ebay 'my messages', within 14 days of the postmark, that you will be returning them. The buyer is to pay ALL return postage costs. We will refund the original price, only upon arrival with us.

Non-faulty items MUST be returned to us, at your expense:
* In 100% resaleable condition
* In original, unopened packaging
* Dirt / odour / damage free
Any item which we feel falls below these standards will be returned to the buyer, and NO refund made.

Should you be the first of well over 2000 buyers to receive a faulty item from kinlosspets, we still require you to inform us that you will be returning it, and why, via ebay 'my messages'. Upon receipt, we will confirm any flaw/fault in the item and refund your purchase price, and your return postage. If acceptable, a replacement will often be offered, in the first instance, but only if this is what you prefer!
