DELIVERY

Delivery is by carrier (usually DHL) and, provided the order is received and paid for before noon we normally despatch item same day. Orders placed after this time will usually be despatched the next working day. The carrier does not operate at weekends. We can provide parcel tracking information upon request.

Please leave a contact telephone number if possible, to assist the carrier.

If a delivery is made when the you are not in, the carrier will leave a card with a phone number, to arrange an alternative delivery. If no contact is made the carrier will try again, usually the next working day. If you are again not in, the item may be returned to us, which will mean extra carriage costs will have to be paid by the purchaser, before the item is delivered once again.

A 6 months manufacturers warranty applies to items purchased from this site. If a fault develops please notify us as soon as possible so that we can take the appropriate action. This may be a repair, free spares sent to you, a replacement or a refund, whichever is deemed as appropriate.

Any item returned to us as faulty will be inspected and if it is a fault caused by customer misuse, or accident, then the warranty will not be valid.

Goods that have been modified, repaired or goods that cannot be proven to have been bought from Ourselves, will not be covered by this warranty.

This does not affect your statutory rights

Goods sold on this site are approved by the manufacturers to the relevant British or European safety standard. Please note that using the item in a country that does not recognise the safety standard, is at your own risk.
