Domestic Shipping is a Standard Flat Rate of $5.99, Unless otherwise stated in listing, for the first item and an additional $4.99 per any additional items (Combined Shipping). Combined shipping will only be applied to items won or purchased within 7 days of each other. If an extension is needed please e-mail and we will gladly ship everthing together. We will gladly combine shipping charges if you win more then one of our auctions. All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after receiving a cleared payment. A tracking number will be available on the same or next business day after your package is shipped out. The tracking number should automatically be provided to you via e-mail from Paypal. Please contact us if you haven't received an email with your tracking information. Please make sure to track your package once the tracking number is received. We require a direct signature for all packages.

International Shipping is calculated by address and country. Only physical / billing and street addresses are excepted, sorry no P.O. Boxes. Please e-mail address prior to auction ending for a quote on shipping fee. Or if you have already won an auction then e-mail your address to receive the shipping rate and purchase info. Once again a tracking # and Item Shipped e-mail will be delivered upon shipping. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any custom charges or duty charges incurred by a customer. If you are not sure about duty charges for your country please contact us for details.
Phone number is required for all international Shipping. Please provide it in Paypal payment to avoid shipping delays.
Signature upon delivery is required for all purchases. Person listed on a Shipping Address must be available to sign for the package at the time of delivery.
Insurance is mandatory for all purchases over $100.00
During checkout you will be provided with an option to purchase insurance for your package. If you decline insurance please understand we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. However, if insurance is purchased we will replace or refund the order upon your notification if we can verify that your item has not been delivered from the package tracking number.
Refused or unclaimed merchandise customers will incur additional charges if an unclaimed or refused package is sent back to our facility. Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the package.
Buy It Now Option: Buyer can request a "buy it now" listing to be created if the item is needed immediatly. Please email us and we will help you finish the transaction with the "buy it now" option in a new eBay listing.
Missed Auction: Please contact us and we will create a new listing to buy the same item(s) if we have them in stock. A "buy it now" eBay listing will be created for the purchase.
Multiple Items: Same model / multiple pairs please contact us and we will provide you with information on our stock availability. We will create a new eBay listing with the ability to buy multiple pairs if available.

Item(s) presented for return must be in resellable, unworn & original condition with all warranty papers, cases and with stickers attached within 7 business days. We do not sell used eyewear and will not accept used eyewear for return. If all of the above conditions are satisfied - we will issue a refund for the original purchase amount less shipping and handling. A restocking fee of 15% applies. Please allow 2-3 Weeks to process a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for shipping an item to our facility and will not be reimbursed.
When getting your return ready to ship please include a copy of the original packing slip or PayPal Payment Receipt and detail contact information.
We strongly advise our customers to use a traceable method of shipment for returns.
