Extreme Outdoor Gear, Ltd. is proud to be one of the few sellers on eBay to offer up to a 21 day return policy on our products (for fixed price items, not auction format).
Many sellers on eBay are not business sellers, therefore once you have bought the item it is yours to keep, whether you like or not.
We understand you may be buying the product based on our description and pictures, but reading about an item and holding it in the hand can be two different things. Due to this we wish to give you ample time you review the product and make sure it's going to suit your needs.
We ask that if you do return it to us that it be in a resellable condition. This means all packaging, parts, and paperwork be returned to us at the cost to the customer (we advise using a insured method of posting when returning, we won't be held responsible for lost/damaged items). Upon receipt inspection/testing of the item we will then refund you the original purchase cost and postage* price. (*Note for International Customers: You will be refunded for the item cost only, not postage fees).
If the item you receive means that it must be opened for viewing and once opened is not resealable, please use your own judgement when opening it up. We won't give a complete refund on an item that the package looks like it was opened using a paper shredder. With most packages you can cut down along one side and slide the item out for inspection. This allows for taping/stapeling the one side backup and keeps the item looking in acceptable condition should you return it to us.
Some items due to hygene & safety issues are not refundable, these include:
- food
- drinks (and some liquids once the seal is broken)
- used hydration packs/bladders/tubes/bits
- used safety harnesses & climbing gear
- used safety glasses
- used knives
- used sharpeners/hones
- used axes
- bulbs/lamps (we've had to many attempts of people buying and trying to return their old blown bulb for a refund.)
- used sleeping bags
- books/magazines
- batteries (same problem here as with the lamps/bulbs)
- Other items may be added at later dates and will be stated within the description itself if not listed within the above selection.
When returning a item to us, please contact us first by phone (07843-231096) or email to let us know and make sure it is ok to do such if your unsure about a particular item. We will at that time give you the address and a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and a date as to when the item should be back to us by, normally within 7 business days of the RA# given.
By bidding upon this item you confirm that you are legal age to own this item and it is legal in your city, state, and/or country. That anything that you may do with the item the owners and operators of Extreme Outdoor Gear, Ltd. can not be held responsible for.
You also confirm that you have read all information about the item(s), that you have asked all questions and had them answered to your satisfaction prior to making a bid/purchase.
