About Meade Steadman

Meade Steadman is a licensed massage therapist and instructor for the Myotherapy College of Utah and the Myotherapy Institute of Massage. The courses he teaches include Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Hydrotherapy, Spa Specialties, and Tai Chi. Meade also works at a day spa in Salt Lake City, Utah, and is the featured expert in the award-winning "The Art & Practice of Stone Massage," "Essentials of Swedish Massage," and "The Ultimate Face, Scalp, Neck & Shoulder Massage". Are the DVD's brand new and in their original packaging?

Yes, every product we sell is brand new, and sent to you in the original packaging. We are an authorized retailer for all manufacturers that have their products listed in our eBay store. The packaging may include shrink wrapping, tape along the opening of a DVD case, or nothing at all. Please note that some manufacturers do not apply any extra packaging / protection to their products, particularly with regards to books. We take as much time as needed to make sure that the product you order is sent to you with the protection that is needed to minimize possible damage. If damage occurs, we will gladly issue a replacement if so desired.

Will the DVD’s work in other countries outside the US?

Yes, the DVD’s should will work in every country around the world.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are happy to do so, and the prices are built into the site. Please note that occasionally, we exprience unusual delays to certain countries that include Canada, The United Kingdom, Spain & Italy. While we will get your orders out as quickly as possible, please allow up to 5 working days longer than it usually takes to arrive from the United States.

Do you combine / discount shipping?

We will combine and discount shipping for multiple items whenever and where ever possible. It is our goal to save you money.

How long does it take to ship this item? How long does it take for me to receive this item?

We work very hard to ship out all orders as quickly as possible, and ask that you allow 2-3 business days for this product to leave our warehouse after payment is received. Much of the time, your product will be on the truck for delivery within 1-2 business days. Depending on the delivery service used, this item takes between 2 and 5 business days to arrive, once dispatched - perhaps 1 or 2 days longer if you are in an extremely remote area of the United States or Canada. We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS for shipping, and can not be held responsible for delays on their part. We will, however, work feverishly to find out what the issue is should the product not arrive on time, or in a damaged state.

Can I return my videos?

You can return your items, for a merchandise / exchange credit, but only if they are unopened.  To return the items, you are responsible for shipping them back to us (please email us for an address). Once we receive your return, we will send you the replacement product, and authorize a credit or refund based on the difference. If, for some reason, your video arrives damaged, it will be replaced at no cost to you.

Do you have to be a student, massage therapist, esthetician or other medical practitioner to buy these videos?

No, you do not have to be a massage therapist to purchase them.  Please keep in mind, however, that these videos were designed specifically for people who have had professional training in massage therapy, and other forms of hands-on training in the healing arts, and assumes a knowledge of basic massage techniques, anatomy, and  medical contraindications. We have gotten feedback that these DVDs have been helpful for MDs, Osteopaths, Physical & Occupational Therapists, Chiropractors and more!

Do you offer bulk discounts or wholesale pricing?

Yes, both are available, as we are both a retail and wholesale provider.  These discounts are based on quantity purchases.  See our wholesale category offerings, or email us with any questions you may have.

Do you develop coursework for other videos?

We are most interested in developing coursework / CEU packages for distance learning education that focus on various aspects of massage therapy.  If you have a video that you would like to develop a full CEU based course for, a video that you would like to attach CEU's to, or an educational idea, please contact us for evaluation.  We only work with those professionals / products that meet the rigorous standards of our schools.  Each proposal will be evaluated by a team of educators that represent various aspects of the health & wellness industry.
