Target pain fast nurofen ibuprofen 16's tablets.

With a minimum sell by date of 07 2010.

The dosage of this product is:- Adults  the elderly and children swallow 2 liq caps with water.

Then if neccasary take 1 or 2  liq capsules every 4 hours.

Do not exeed more than 6 in 24 hours.

Do not take if you have ever had a stomach ulcer. If you are alergic to any of the ingredients. Or to aspirin or to any other on steroidal anti inflammitory drugs (nsaids)
