The only information needed is the name and full date of birth of the person who the gift is for.

You can e-mail us with these details, or provide them using the information box at the payment stage. Please ensure you write dates of birth as 6th March etc, not 6/3 or 3/6, to ensure that we use the correct date. We will process the order using the information as supplied. No refunds can be given if the information submitted has been incorrect. 

We aim to process your order within 2-3 working days, then will be sent to you by first class post. Please allow adequate time for postal service to deliver.
