If you decide to place a bid, please be aware that you are entering into a contract as detailed on ebays terms and conditions. Please make contact within 3 days and payment within 5 days from date of sale. If you encounter a problem, please contact me in order that we can hopefully resolve any concerns. Non-payers will be reported to ebay and negative feedback left.
Please note that the postage quoted is for UK customers only. This does not only cover the actual postage cost but also for labour, packaging etc. Recycled packaging is used where possible.
Items of high value will be despatched by the relevant method. I strongly advise that you opt and pay for postage insurance for items of particular value. This will cover the charge for sending your goods by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for which a signature is required. For items of a low value, I do not offer postal insurance in the first instance in order to keep your costs down but am happy to send by this method if required. Please advise if insurance is required.
Once I have left the goods at the Post Office then obviously all responsibility lies with them. Unless you opt for the extra postage insurance, if shown on your invoice, then I will not be held responsible for such loss or damage.
I will however provide you with the proof of postage, should you wish to make a claim yourself. Please note that certain items will have insurance included in the postage quoted so please check.
