Paypal is our preferred payment method .

 We also accept cheques and postal orders. Cash is also accepted if the item is being collected in person.
If there is a delay in your payment please let us know via e-mail.
Refunds are accepted if the item is faulty. This is unlikely as all of our goods are fully checked before dispatch and professionally packaged. Please e-mail us if you have a return to make.

If paying by cheque, goods cannot be dispatched until the cheque has been received and cleared. Please then ensure, your order number, item description and postal address are also provided. 

Postage is individually calculated and clearly stated on each listing.

 We do not charge a flat rate.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders at the first available oppotunity after payment is received. Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday will in most cases be dispatched that day. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched by close of business next day. Normal business hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Orders received after 2pm on Friday will in most cases be dispatched on Saturday morning, if not then the following Monday. Public holidays will generally be the only alternative reason to affect the date and time of posting. A proof of posting will be obtained for Royal Mail orders weighing less than 2Kg and will be posted 2nd Class Post. Orders over 2Kg will be shipped with a 48 hour courier service. The courier service does not collect or deliver on Weekends so those items are weekday delivery only.

The Access Point will not be responsible for delays or non delivery by postal or courier services, so long as we have dispatched fully paid orders within the stated working times, and hold a certificate of posting or proof of shipment. All claims for non delivery must be substantiated with an e-mail claim, stating value of order, order date, delivery address and full name. This will be submitted with any claim should the need arise. Should you experience a delay, please e-mail between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Should you not receive a response within 24 hours Monday to Friday, there is a communication problem and you should try again.

All Goods are clearly marked as New, Used, Refurbished or Returns.

Faulty Goods 
 Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt, please contact us through eBay communications and we will arrange a collection or send you shipping labels.

Non-Faulty Goods
We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange. These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. P&P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.

Returns for Refund
Return items must come back to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and Packing will not be refunded except in some cases.

Please remember that eBay rules apply 100% in every case.
