• All items sold by Saversoftware are stocked in our secure warehouse ready for immediate shipment. All items will be shipped directly from our warehouse within 24 hours of payment (excluding Saturday & Sunday)
• Most items will require a signature on receipt so please ensure someone is available to accept delivery.
• Once shipped goods are normally on a 48hr service so can arrive next day or the day following and are usually delivered between 8am and 6pm. Saturday / Sunday & Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
• Once an item is shipped our warehouse will e-mail you with the delivery details, most shipments can then be tracked on-line.

• As a fully VAT registered company, we will issue a full VAT Invoice along with your order documents. Please keep this as it is your proof of purchase and will be needed should you ever need to register a warranty claim.
• For the first 28 days after receipt of order genuinely faulty goods will be replaced, repaired or money refunded. Bearing in mind many problems are inadvertently created during setup and install please allow us the opportunity to arrange a call with one of our technical staff who may well be able to solve the problem over the phone.
• Further warranty information beyond the first 28 days for each item is included in its description.

We regret that we are unable, under any circumstances to issue a credit note or refund monies for an opened software package, unless it is faulty. By breaking the seal, you have accepted the license agreement between yourself and the software manufacturer.
