Can offer high quality cylinder head exhaust port thread  reconditioning service , including bead blasting the head and fitting our own made Bronze CNC machined exhaust port repair inserts.

This insert is scewed into a newly machined thread in the head and locked place,and then a new correct size thread is machined on the mill by helical interpolation to an exacting size to fit a new Exhaust port nut. (supplied by yourself or us at an extra cost).

If there has been any attempts at previous repair by drilling around the perimeter to either hold a insert or lock the nut, the welding of these defects also is included in the price,

Also if your head has been repaired before by a parallel insert we can also accomodate this by fitting a custom made threaded insert at no extra cost

The bronze offers greater strength and wear charecteristics than the original alloy and is destined to outlast any other type of repair.

Also we can apply the same technique to all of the norton range or any other large thread in a head or barrell,any diameter or pitch of thread, please email for your requirements. price will be subject in some cases to veiwing.

we stock new valve guides and valves and can offer a fitting service along with lead free conversions, we have had a large amount of experience in this sort of work and have seen many heads in a very bad state. Hence no fixed price can be given without veiwing as we strive to give a high standard of work.

All prices of any other works are subject to condition of your head.
