You are looking at a green North Face Gore-Tex waterproof jacket in size Medium. It is Mens/Unisex.

It's in good condition apart from a pair of small holes in the right shoulder, which have been repaired (details below main image).

Images of actual item:

Circled in the image above is a tiny tear on the back of the right shoulder. There is another just like it about 6cm away (not visible on picture). As you can see it is very small and unlikely to affect full function of this jacket. Both have been repaired with patches on the inside.
