- Maximum number of people staying at the property may not exceed 6 at any time.
- 2 dogs are welcome.
- No smoking in the house, please.
- Is the price per person or for 6 people all together?
- The price is for any number, up to 6 people (+cot) and not per person.
- Can you fish from the garden?
- Yes, you can fish from your private quay heading (a rod license is required - obtainable on-line from "The Environment Agency")
- Are there facilities for babies?
- A high chair and cot are provided, with space in the master bedroom for the cot. The rear garden is stepped and the galleried landing has an open staircase, together with the river, children are best supervised at all times.
