How long will it take to get my order?
We will try and ship as soon as possible. Most parcels are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from whenever possible, but we cannot always say exactly when goods will arrive. UK customers please see 1st Class Recorded Delivery below if you are using this service. European Customers, please note that it can take 7 to 12 days for goods to arrive.

1st Class Recorded Delivery:
You will need to sign for this type of service so please make sure someone is available to sign otherwise the parcel will be returned to us and we will have to make another charge to you the customer to re-ship. 1st Class delivery sometimes can arrive the next day, sometimes it can take 2 or 3 days for a parcel to arrive. Please do NOT mistake 1st Class Recorded delivery with a guaranteed Next Day delivery service, it is not. For a guaranteed Next Day service then  Royal Mail Special Delivery is required. Always check with Excell Direct first, should you require a Next Day delivery as we cannot always guarantee it.

Faulty Items:
If you have a problem with any of our goods then you must notify us within 72 hours of arrival. Like most goods sold on EBay we cannot give an unconditional warrantee nor a 12 month guarantee. If the product supplied turns out to be faulty then you must contact us immediately. Whenever possible we will replace items that are genuinely faulty and NOT subject customer miss-use providing the customers notifies within the time specified above. EBay Buy Now sales only.

Return Items:
First contact Excell Direct who will advise on how to return and give you an address to send to. All items to be returned must be retuned in the same condition as shipped. It is advisable to send goods back to Excell Direct by recorded delivery. Like most companies we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit whilst on route here.

If you have received goods and decide you no longer wish to keep them (goods supplied in good condition), then providing you notify us within 2 days of arrival and ship back to us within 5 working days in the same condition as shipped, we will refund the cost of the goods LESS the postage and packaging. Delivery
