Important Terms on bidding/buying:

• Buyers who are new to ebay or have less than a 95% feedback score should contact us in advance of any bid. We reserve the right to return payments from, and cancel sales to, any buyer/bidder who has an unconfirmed/non-verified PayPal account or who has not contacted us in advance for clearance.
• Your bid is a contract. Only place a bid if you are serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. Non-paying bidders will receive a non-payment strike, negative feedback and we will notify Ebay.
• By bidding on an auction or using "buy it now" you formally agree with the terms and conditions stated in this auction.
• If we are unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 working days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 5 working days, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the sellers sole discretion.
• Feedback will always be left once received.

Postage and Delivery:

• We only post to UK addresses.
• Items will ONLY be despatched once the payment has cleared and the PayPal transfer to our account has been confirmed. Once funds have cleared, delivery should be within 2-4 days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
• Postage costs (if any) are final. They include the cost, packaging and a small element of time/travelling expense. We do not profit from them.
• Delivery may require a signature.

Returns:

• In the unlikely event of a fault or problem items MUST be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item. Items must then be returned within 2 days of delivery. After that all sales are final. You must contact us before returning any item within 24hrs of receiving the goods.
• Damage caused by the buyer will not be covered, which includes dropping the phone and any water damage.
• Cancellations are accepted within 7 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be unopened and you must take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession. Goods and packaging must be returned in resaleable condition. Carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.
• An insured, tracked delivery method (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery) must be used to return goods. Please be aware that Royal Mail Recorded Delivery will only offer compensation up to 32 GBP should a package not be delivered and therefore is not suitable for returning handsets as you will be liable for the cost of the goods if the courier's cover is inadequate. At our discretion, we may deduct our delivery costs from any refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Phones:

• IMEI numbers are always logged before despatch.
• If we are selling a sim-locked mobile phone we do not give refunds if you thought it could be unlocked and find that you cannot unlock it.
