In short you must pay for all your items together, NOT individually. ................................. How long will it take to get my order? We will try and ship as soon as possible. Most parcels are shipped within 24 to 48 hours from whenever possible, but we cannot always say exactly when goods will arrive. UK customers please see 1st Class Recorded Delivery below if you are using this service. European Customers, please note that it can take 7 to 12 days for goods to arrive. ................................. 1st Class Recorded Delivery: You will need to sign for this type of service so please make sure someone is available to sign otherwise the parcel will be returned to us and we will have to make another charge to you the customer to re-ship. 1st Class delivery sometimes can arrive the next day, sometimes it can take 2 or 3 days for a parcel to arrive. Please do NOT mistake 1st Class Recorded delivery with a guaranteed Next Day delivery service, it is not. For a guaranteed Next Day service then Royal Mail Special Delivery is required. Non recorded parcels: This is a cheaper postal service and is offered at the customer's risk. ReturnsFaulty Items: If you have a problem with any of our goods then you must notify us within 72 hours of arrival. Like most goods sold on EBay we cannot give an unconditional warrantee nor a 12 month guarantee. If the product supplied turns out to be faulty then you must contact us immediately. Whenever possible we will replace items that are genuinely faulty and NOT subject customer miss-use providing the customers notifies within the time specified above. All items to be returned must be retuned in the same condition as shipped. It is advisable to send goods back to Excell Direct by recorded delivery. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you have received goods and decide you no longer wish to keep them (goods supplied in good condition), then providing you notify us within 2 days of arrival and ship back to us within 5 working days in the same condition as shipped, we will refund the cost of the goods LESS the postage and packaging. Delivery
Once your order has been despatched you will receive an e-mail from us with confirmation. If you do not receive this e-mail within 5 working days of us receiving your cleared funds, please send an e-mail to support@excelldirect.co.uk
Your order will normally be despatched within 1 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday) of receipt of cleared funds. Please allow up to 10 days for a cheque to clear
Where payment is by credit card we will only deliver to the registered cardholders address
Delivery costs are additional (unless specified as “included” in the product description) and the amount you will pay is itemised in the product description
Payment
