Minor scratches to cover but easy replace by buyer, used condition, tried and tested, no sim provided. I have put locked to Orange but not sure, unlocking is cheap these days(OMO)

by bidding on my item you are accepting my terms and conditions and ebay rules and protocol.

1.        To keep postage charges low; (and in the interests of recycling) I may reuse packaging.

2.     Items should be paid for within 3 days of the end of the auction; I always use the non paying bidder system and as a result negative feedback may well occur

3.     I only accept PayPal payments unless you email first. It's easy, safe and instant, as per ebay’s policy I do not impose surcharges in the way some members do.

4.     I always obtain a Certificate of Posting and this will be forwarded to you in the rare event that you need to claim for a missing/lost item. I do not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit, but you can pay extra for insured carriage if you wish. Insurance is optional & your choice. If insurance is taken I claim and sort out any problems that may arise. If no insurance is taken it is down to the purchaser to claim.

5.     I do accept payment by cheque however these will take 5 working days to clear prior to despatch. If you do send cash I would ask that you conceal it well and send it to me via insured post and a signature required, just in case.

6.     I would ask that the sale be completed within 3 days of auction close. If you require more time e-mail me.

7.     UK: please allow 5 days for dispatch and up to 10 for it to arrive, if you do wish to have the item quicker than this please feel free to arrange your own courier or pick up in person.

9      Return policy: returns accepted if within 3 days after the item is delivered you email me. The condition of the returned item that would be acceptable to me is, for example, "unopened box" or "opened box with all original materials." YOU the buyer will pay for all return shipping and handling. A fee will be charged at 25% of total payments made for restocking/re-listing.
