Nokia 6090 in car phone GSM (not sure which bands), comes with everything needed to install in a car including speaker aerial and cables. It has a dual SIM card option where you keep one sim card in the main part of the phone and a second can easily be slipped into the handset. It will only use 1 at a time though.
