Description Nokia 5510 - Blue New (still has screen protector on) - I have listed this phone as new as this is what i believe it to be, there is dust in the holes around the phone but this is becuase its been sat in our warehouse for so long! To my knowlege it has never been used! Comes with uk wall charger only! NO manual or battery! Unlocked but not sure about 3 sim cards!

If its a compatability issue or such like questions then may I suggest you use google as this is only what I would use - this saves me time looking it up and you time in waiting for the answer :) Please note this is a registered business account which means I work business hours. I always to try and answer questions as soon as I get them but please consider that i dont sit at the computer 24/7. Please dont be rude and send a million emails about me not answering questions sent over the weekend - I dont work weekends. All questions sent over the weekend will be answered as soon as I get in work the following monday or tuesday! Shipping All items will be dispatched around 2 days after the payment has been recieved and cleared. Unless otherwise stated I post via first class Royal Mail (Mostly Recorded Delivery) . I always obtain proof of postage and will not be held responsible for loss or damage of items whilst in the post - this means I will not give a refund if you dont recieve your item for which I have proof of postage! Im sorry but I cannot predict on how long it will take to deliver your item(s) once left my hands - please refer to the royal mail website for estimated delivery times. Please dont ask to collect the item(s) if I have not offered this service. Payment If you have not contacted me with a payment problem and do not pay within 7 days of the auction ending I will open a dispute with ebay and will issue non payment strikes!! I always prefer payment via Palpal the same day that the auction ends so I can get it sent to you asap but I understand this isnt always possible. I also accept postal orders and personal cheques (cheques need to clear in the bank before the item will be sent out) - If you do wish to pay by postal order or cheque then please contact me after you have won the item so I can give you the payment details - Its not my fault if you send payment to the wrong address without contacting me! Returns & Refunds Over the last few years more and more con artists use ebay and im sorry but for this reason I will no longer be offering returns or refunds as freely as I previously have. I describe all items as best and as honestly as I possibly can. If you recieve the item in good time and as how I have described it (slight differences of opinion is not classed as 'not as described'!!) then I consider it to be a completed transaction - if it stops working or you break it a week later im afraid thats your problem, not mine! Yes sometimes I am in error (yes im only human!) and in these cases I am always happy to help best I can to sort out the problem. In the case of a refund / exchange return postage is at the buyers cost! Im sorry to all the honest ebay users out there who these terms and conditions affect - But im sure you understand its the only way we can protect ourselfs.
