Payments
We prefer payment by Paypal, its quick, and easier to manage. We will however accept cheques made out to 'The Spare Room Co.' as well as Postal Orders, and Cash for any collected item is always welcome.
Postage
Royal mail is our preferred despatch method. We will package items in whatever we feel will get the item from us to you in one piece, and our p&p costs will reflect that. We do not inflate p&p costs to include packing time & walking to the post office.
If you require insurance let us know and we will adjust prices accordingly.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns for items that are faulty and any item you do not feel we have descibed accurately or honestly -
BUT EMAIL BEFORE SENDING TO GET A RETURNS NUMBER.
All refunds will include the p&p costs AS WELL AS the cost of the postage to send it back to us. If we've got it wrong, there is no way it should cost you a penny.
