We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, however, we do accept returns within 7 days of delivery (with the exception of our earrings policy – please see below).
You must contact us for a returns number before returning the item.
If the item is proven faulty, we will replace with the same item & your return postage costs will be refunded.
If the item returned is not faulty, no shipping or postage costs will be refunded & the cost of returning the item will be your responsibility.
Please ensure you obtain proof of posting, as we will not be responsible for items that are not delivered.
All goods must be returned unused & in the original packaging.
Please allow 10 working days for us to process your return & issue a refund.
Earrings policy (inc. Sets with Earrings) – unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns unless the item is proven faulty.
