Misuse

This product is NOT for sale to anyone under the age of 18.

By purchasing this item you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

·  We know that nitrous oxide can be misused, and we reserve the right to refuse to sell to you if we suspect that you will misuse our products.

·  You understand that the misuse of Nitrous Oxide carries a risk of serious health consequences. The risks of inhalation include narcosis, asphyxiation and potentially death.

·  You will take all reasonable steps to ensure the products are not supplied to any person (including yourself) who you suspect may misuse the products.

·  You will take all reasonable steps to ensure the products are not supplied to any person (including yourself) who you suspect may be under the age of 18.

·  You will take all reasonable measures to ensure the products are used only in accordance with the instructions.

·  You will ensure that any signage, labeling or information which relates to or accompanies the products explains its catering use and does not suggest any other use.

·  You and/or your company confirms that it is aware of the hazardous nature of Nitrous Oxide and will take all necessary precautions with regards to the storage and transportation of the cartridges.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY.

We offer  NEXT WORKING DAY delivery on all items ordered before 1:30pm (weekdays) and sent by courier (NOT via Royal Mail) to the UK (not including off-shore addresses). If your order is received before 1:30pm it will be shipped that day for Next Working Day delivery, unless otherwise arranged.

WILL NOT SHIP TO

Due to recent misuse issues with Nitrous Oxide we will NOT ship to the following places:
- University Halls of Residence
- Colleges
- Schools
- Hospitals
- Jersey (At the request of the Police)

Off-Shore. We cannot send compressed gas cartridges by air. Therefore we use a road-freight service to off-shore destinations. Please contact us for a quote before making your order.

Saturday deliveries.

Saturday deliveries are expensive, so save yourself some money and order before Friday.
If you require a Saturday delivery please contact us before making your order.

Delivery Guide - PLEASE READ.

We use either City Link, ANC or Business Post depending on who is offering the most reliable service. Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation. This email has a tracking number in it - go to www.citylink.co.uk or www.anc.co.uk or www.businesspost.biz and type in the consignment number supplied in your Order Change Status email for up to date tracking info.

Someone (anyone) must be at the given address to sign for the delivery between 9-00am and 5-30pm (for standard Next Day service). Therefore we recommend delivery to a work address where someone is willing to sign for the goods during the working day.

If no-one is in the courier will leave a card with details of how to get hold of your parcel. The courier will automatically attempt to re-deliver the next day. After this 2nd attempt you MUST contact the courier within 5 DAYS or the delivery will be assumed refused and you will be charged up to £15. If you need to go and pick it up or have not been carded (or lost the card) then use the links above to find the nearest depot to your house.

Delivery Problems.

Please take some time to properly READ the email we send you once your order has been dispatched, it contains all the information you’ll need.
If the couriers leave you a card please READ the card properly to find out what to do next. At this point the best people to call will be the couriers as they have your package. Don’t forget you can track your order online on the courier’s website.

It is YOUR responsibility to contact the courier once the package has been sent. Please do NOT call us. You will have an email from us titled ‘Order Change Status: Dispatched’-it may be in your junk email folder. This contains all of the information you require to track your parcel.

If you have not received your order in 2 working days of placing it please contact the COURIER first. If you are still having problems then you should contact us. We will not be held responsible if the courier returns the package to us due to delivery issues. We can only help if we know there is a problem early on.

If your parcel has been returned you will be charged a £15 fee and the shipping cost before we will resend it. This is a charge levied by the courier and is NON-NEGOTIABLE.

We will always ship your order within 1 day of receiving cleared payment. We will do everything we can to ensure your order reaches you next working day. If there is an issue with the courier that delays delivery we will not be held responsible.

Theft.

We accept no liability for a successfully completed delivery that you do not take possession of. We are delivering to an address NOT an individual. Therefore if our courier logs a consignment as having been delivered you must assume it has been stolen - either by the courier or by someone at your address. In these cases we will provide you all the help we can, but it is up to you to contact and deal with the Police.

Other notes.

You may specify a delivery day - we will hold onto your consignment until the day before.
If you need to change the delivery address after dispatch the couriers charge a re-booking fee of £15. If your package is damaged do not accept delivery.
Please make sure we have a valid phone number so you can be contacted should there be any delivery problems.
If you place your order after 1:30pm and require your goods urgently we may be able to prioritise you - call us.

We try very hard to get your delivery to you without wasting your time, but we require your help for this to happen. Please give us as much address information you can.

You must obviously give us the correct delivery address and post code. We will not be held responsible for missing/undelivered orders if the delivery address supplied is incorrect or incomplete.

 POST - We prefer to use our courier for all orders. If you want postal delivery we can use First Class Recorded (which is unreliable) or Special Delivery (which is very reliable).
These services require a signature. If you are out you will be carded, please read the instructions on the card. Your dispatch email has a reference number on it use this to and go to www.royalmail.com or call Royal Mail on 08457740740. We cannot send compressed gas by Royal Mail to Scotland or UK off-shore.

Returns Policy:

·  We will accept returns of unopened consignments if you contact us within 48 hours of receipt if the stock is damaged upon arrival, and it was not caused by the postal or delivery service. Buyer pays for postage back to our warehouse and returned goods are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We advise that you use a courier service or registered mail as we will not be liable for returned orders that are lost before they get back to us.·  If you are a parent, guardian, teacher etc and suspect that a child in your care is misusing our products please contact us. We can arrange for a collection and refund of any items purchased.

Health and Safety Information:

·  Inhalation of N2O high concentration may cause asphyxiation. Low concentrations may cause narcosis.

·  Keep out of reach of children.

·  EXPLOSION DANGER - do not incinerate or expose chargers to the sun or heat. Temperature not to exceed 50C.

·  Do not dispose of full chargers. They may cause someone else an injury!
