How will my
order be packed?
These are bulky bought
items items, so we do not offer gift box, we will pack them
professionally to avoid postal damage.
Will these
fit my vehicle / gadget?
Please
take the time to measure/compare vehicles accessories / badges wheel caps
etc before you buy, as different markets have different
sizes.
We
will not be responsible for wrong purchased or free items.
When
Will I Receive My Order?
Item
will be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer/distributor.
Item is not cancelable or returnable. Estimated delivery time is 5-7
days
Estimated
Delivery Time For Major Cities : Your
total delivery time will be 2 days processing time + 3~5 days
shipping time, so
you can expect to receive your order 5-7 business days after you
placed it. (Metro/Non Metro Areas).

Lost
Parcels
If
you feel that your parcel may be lost or delayed, please contact
us immediately. For more information about delivery options and
times, please click here.
Insurance:
All our parcels are insured.
Please contact us if your parcel has not been received within 14
days of a payment. We will
initiate a search with the Post Office and advise you of our
findings. If the parcel was sent within UK, Canada, US, or Europe
using the tracking method, we will make a claim through Royal mail
and once we are reimbursed by them we will refund your payment.
Shipping
Charges:
We use the handling charge to cover our shipping department
cost, packaging materials, fuel charges, boxes, and labels.
Please do not bid if you don't agree with
our shipping and handling prices. Do not email us after
the auction to reduce the shipping price. No Local pickup for
auction customers.
