What to do next in order to obtain your Code Number First of all, check that your model number is shown on the list below. If your model number is not shown, then it is not covered by this decoding service and you will need to look in our ebay shop for the correct listing. If it is covered, the information below will help to identify the numbers we need. What you then need to do next, (in this order), is to purchase the item, pay for it, and then contact us using the ASK SELLER A QUESTION link on the relavent ebay listing and then send over the information that is requested, in the format shown below. We will then enter these details into our Decoding station and we will reply back to your registered Ebay or Paypal address with your code number. How fast your code comes back to you really depends on workload at the time, but generally within a few hours. We operate on a strictly first come first served basis, so please do not ring us for a code number as impatient customers will always be put to the back of the que. If for any reason you do not receive a Code back from us within 24 hours, please make sure that you have checked your spam filters before contacting us.
If you have a Blaupunkt All of the information can be found on the label on the side. The model number will be a name, the serial number is 14 digits long, and the Part Number will be 10 digits long. The information submitted should look like this Nissan MMR IDC-S 7 123 456 789 BP123XX1234567
Please do not send other radio numbers from the labels, as it can confuse our automated system and may delay your return code number. If for any reason we are unable to supply your correct code number electronically, then we will credit this payment against the cost of sending the radio to us for a full manual Decode, costs of which are readily available on our website. This prevents people from claiming that our numbers don`t work! (But rarely happens). Chances are though, if you are reading this then you may have already wasted your money on a naff ebay disc, found that it doesn`t work (Surprise! Surprise!) and worse still have now used up all of your decoding attempts on your stereo. If you have got to this stage, don`t purchase this item, but instead check out our Ebay Shop.
