If no insurance is taken then I cannot refund item cost. Compensation may be payable for damaged items, the stantard rate is £28, unless you have asked for more. I have proof of postage for all items I send out.
Bear in mind that unless stated my parts are second hand, they will always be used, worn etc. Some parts just may not work, priced accordingly.
I will try to describe them as best I can and will try to resolve any disputes where possible. |
