If there is a problem we expect you to notify us of it immediately after you receive the item.

If an item has not been received by the expected date then we want to know about it immediately.

If you are unhappy with a product that we have supplied you with then you have 7 days in which to return the product unused in its original packaging for a full refund.  As shipping costs are not retrievable, we are unable to refund shipping costs. 

We only accept returns that have not been used and are still in their original packaging.

Exchange Policy:

If you wish for a product to be exchanged due to any of the ebay guided return/exchange reasons, then you will post the product back to us incurring the postage costs yourself.  We will then ship a replacement/refund the total cost/issue a store credit, once we have received the item back.  We will not issue any type of refund or exchange until the original product is back with us, unused in its original packaging.

Please note that when we send products recorded delivery we expect them to be returned to us in the same manner.

If you are unhappy with the transaction for any reason, please contact us first to resolve. If you do leave negative or neutral feedback you waive your rights for support regarding any problems with us and open yourself up for possible retaliatory negative feedback.
