All postage costs are for UK mainland only and excludes the following:

The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25.
All the above areas are subject to a surcharge and fuel charge by parcelforce of £5.00.

Please note that we classify the Channel Islands as an International destination.

Royal Mail deliver an excellent service, 99% of our items arrive next day (please read our feedback). The majority of our items are too large for your letterbox – if you’re not in when the postman calls your item will be returned to the sorting office – NOT ALL POSTMEN LEAVE CARDS!

We are happy to resend any lost item (usually after 14 working days) but we ask that you contact your local sorting office first to check it’s not been left there – 95% of our missing parcels are left in sorting offices!

In all cases refunds will only be offered once liability has been determined by ourselves or by an approved third party(courier provider).

Shipping fee to the shop would be paid by the customer, re-sending fee will be paid by the shop, if product is proved to be faulty.

New Items If package or product has been damaged or opened no refunds or returns will be accepted. If the product has been tampered in anyway no refunds or returns will be accepted.

Second Hand Items All items will be sold as described, All items are tripled checked and working before dispatched, if there are any issues we will do our up most to solve the situation immediately as our reviews can be seen.

Note : ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND INCLUDING ALL PARTS AND ACCESSORIES.
