• ALL store items are Fixed Price. Best Offers ARE NOT ACCEPT. I always try to give the best combined shipping prices as possible.
  

• Please note again that all Shipping Offers are only for BUY IT NOW and NOT auction items.

• FOR HEADBAND BUYERS ONLY: If you like to purchase more than 2 headbands, the shipping for the first two pieces is at a flat rate of $3.00 ( regardless which country you are from) and additional ones would be at $0.80 each.This would save you time on waiting for the auction to end and also save on shipping!Please kindly ask me for the shipping cost if you are unsure, I would be happy to give you a quote instantly. I have more shipping offers in my store too!All Shipping Offers applies to all the countries I ship to.

• Kindly request for an invoice when you have completed your purchases. I would send you one reflecting any combined shipping discount. In event you choose to pay full amount upfront first, do not worry, I will refund you the difference within 24 hours.

• I accept only Paypal. Please pay for your item with 7 days. If no payment is received within the 7 days, an Unpaid Item Dispute would be filed and appropriate feedback would be given.

• A lot of efforts and time have been used to created each listing so please do not buy or bid if you are unable to commit to the transaction to the end.

• I ship on 3 times a week. All orders would be shipped within 3 business days.Business days in South Korea is from Monday to Friday. I do not count weekends as business days.
  

• I am using the South Korea Standard International Airmail for delivery which do not have a tracking number. 99% of my customers got their items within 12 to 14 days but some may receive it within 16 days. You can opt for Registered shipping which comes with a tracking number but it would cost more, please ask me for cost. I cannot control the postal, weather or even strikes situation in other countries. I would only refund if the address is not written correctly.
  

• If you want your items fast, please let me know, I can sent it via SpeedPost or FedEx. Please bear in mind it can be a very expensive method to ship. I can give you a shipping quote instantly if you like to know.
  

• IMPORTANT : You should not include business days for processing with the 14 days shipping delivery time line. That means, I would need maximum 3 days to ship out your item. Then additional 14 days for delivery. I almost always shipped out earlier than my stated 3 business days unless the post office here may be closed for their national holidays. If you need your items urgently and can't wait for 14 to 16 days, PLEASE KINDLY DO NOT BUY OR BID.
  

• Your satisfaction is very important. Please contact me within 3 days of receiving item if you have any concerns. All refunds, returns or exchanges requests must be made within 3 days .Please email me within 3 days after item received to let me know you want a refund or exchange. After 3 days, I would not accept any request for exchange or refund.

• If you have not received your item by the 14th day after shipping notification, please contact me as soon as possible. I always always always take non delivery of items cases very seriously and always do my best to rectify any problems .

• I enjoy selling on eBay very much and majority of my customers are simply wonderful. But I do get quite a bit of very rude or offensive emails. Please kindly use polite words when asking a question. Any emails that contain harsh words, rude or abusive words would be ignored.
