More compact and lighter than its predecessor, the D40 has a 6-megapixel sensor and incorporates a 2.5" LCD screen for ease of use. Extremely fast and always ready to take photos, the D40 has a starting time of just 0.18 sec. This camera also has a continuous focusing mode of 2.5 photos per second, which is ideal for sports photographers!

This auction is for the D40 body only which comes in its original packaging and is in very good condition with barely any signs of previous usage although the box is slightly tatty.  No accessories are included. Battery is not included.
