You can return any item to us within 7 days of receipt for any reason, provided the item is new and unused, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning any items. The customer will be liable for postage both ways.

Please include a letter with all returns explaining the reason for your return and the actions that you wish us to carry out.

All new items come with a 12 month warranty against faulty parts or craftsmanship. We will repair or replace the item at our discretion, but please contact us before taking any further action.
