We cannot guarantee delivery dates except with the Special Next Day Delivery option – if goods are required next day please email us first to make sure it is possible. There is a £2.20 surcharge for next day delivery on a Saturday.

Returns

You are welcome to return your item within 7 days of receipt as long as it is in original condition, unworn/unused and in a saleable condition with all original packaging. We do not refund postage and packaging charges and the item must be returned at your own cost. We cannot accept the return of any wigs, hosiery, underwear or makeup for hygiene reasons.

FAULTY ITEMS
We will provide a full refund if the item is faulty. The item must be unworn/unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as received. Buyer must notify us of any faults within 48 hours of receipt.
