Our outfits are generally polyester or nylon/spandex mixes, therefore stretchy and fit well.

We allow 7 days for payment before sending a reminder, if no payment is made after 14 days we will cancel the sale and raise a dispute to recover our fees, which may lead to an unpaid item strike. We understand if there are genuine reasons for Non-Payment are prepared to be reasonably flexible.

Returns

Please message via ebay us any questions and check your measurements carefully. 

We review every case individually, and we will always exchange for size as long as item unworn  

Due to hygiene reasons, we won't accept refund on lingerie and costumes. If faulty or size problem, we will exchange, but exchanges will only replica item, and we must be contacted within 2 days of receipt.

Shipment

For items purchased and paid for by 15:00pm weekdays, we aim to

post the same day

 (Weekdays), normally delivered Next Day!

All items are held in stock by us, we do not use a dropshipper

Items Select for

Special Delivery ordered on a Friday cannot be guarnteed for the Saturday

unless and additonal 2pounds payment is made.

As noted in our payment terms we offer different kinds of postage including, Standard Delivery 1st Class recorded. Delivery or Special Delivery and we can even arrange courier. 

In the unlikely event of the item being lost by royalmail, however proof of postage will be made available.

 Items sent recorded delivery and special offer

 are covered by our insurance policy

 up to the amount that we can in turn recoup from royalmail.

Delivery times

Usually 1st class recorded takes 1-2 working days, please allow 15 days from date of payment before requesting tracking information as if the item has not been recieved, then the tracking information will only state this fact unless a special delivery item. If after 15 working days from payment has past and the item has not been recieved then we will repost another FREE OF CHARGE and will claim for the lost item.

International items usually take 4-6 working days depending on distance from UK.
