By bidding on / purchasing an item, you are noting your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions:

Stock:
We only list items we have in stock for despatched on ebay, however we do offer the same products for sale by other means. Although rare we can have simultaneous sales that can put us unexpectedly out of stock. Should this be the case we would always honour the 1st order to be confirmed as paid for by email. Should we find we have a stock issue we will contact you immediately to resolve or issue a full refund.

Products Information:
All products are boxed / Packaged. We only sell Brand New items.

Shipping Information:
Goods will only be dispatched upon payment of cleared funds. We aim to get your purchase to you within three working days of receiving your payment. Our end user sales via eBay are offered to UK ONLY. We will to ship to the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, and the Channel Islands. PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL ONLY SHIP ITEMS TO THE REGISTERED BILLING ADDRESS WHICH A CUSTOMER HAS AGAINST HIS/HER PAYMENT CARD AND SHOULD MATCH THE BILLING ADDRESS WHICH IS HELD ON FILE BY PAYPAL UK. WE WILL NOT SHIP TO ALTERNATIVE DESTINATIONS.

Warranty:

Payment methods:

If you do not have a Paypal account then you will still be able to purchase from us as you will be given the option by Paypal to submit your Billing Address and Card details online. Return policy

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of a purchase if the item arrives with a customer as faulty or if the item is not as described within the original auction sale. You must send an email to cs@allupandon.co.uk stating your eBay item number and buyer User ID.

Refunds
You will be refunded in full for the product(s) you return as long as we receive it within 14 working days of your delivery date and it is in the same condition, complete with all accessories and packaging, as originally supplied. The refund will be applied to the customer's original paypal transaction.
