Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
We may collect a faulty item from you via our courier (Parcelforce) if the item is over 2kg in weight and the item was purchased via a shop listing or buy it now
All items purchased via auction format are not coverd for return postage costs to be refunded
Unacceptable returns
If you return an item to us outside the terms of our returns policy and Approval Guarantee and your statutory rights do not apply, we may not refund you. The item may be returned back to you at your expense. You will be notified of this and other associated charges. If you send the item back to us again or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be an irreversible instruction for us to dispose* of your goods without further notice
*Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to your in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.
