PRODUCTS
Unless otherwise stated, all products listed are brand new, direct from manufacturer / distributor stock. We do not deal in downgraded, returned, used or reconditioned items except in the instances where we offer returned or end-of-line stock in open auctions, which will always be stated clearly on the listing concerned.
All items are checked thoroughly before despatch. All electrical items are earthed and CE approved - and electrically tested on-site before despatch.
Should your item reach you with any parts missing as per listing description, please contact us and we will rectify the situation immediately.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, within 14 days of delivery for an exchange. The following conditions apply:-
Items must be returned in an unused condition with the original packaging, along with the receipt or other valid proof of purchase including your user I.D.
Items that have been tested by the buyer and found not to be faulty or damaged but are incompatible with their existing equipment or purchased in error, are eligible for a full refund as long as we are notified by e-mail or by phone prior to the return. In this instance the equipment returned must not be damaged in any way and must reach us in the same condition it was despatched, including all of the packaging. As we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods we recommend that you obtain proof of posting.
WARRANTY
All new goods purchased from Indikit have a 3 month warranty - excluding consumables such as bulbs, lighting gels, camera tape, gaffa tape etc. If you are unsure if the item you are purchasing is covered by our warranty please contact us in advance.
If your product develops a fault during this warranty period please return the product for repair and / or replacement. A full refund can only be given if repair and or replacement methods are not successful.
We cannot offer extended warranties on any of the products we sell.
Your warranty is invalidated should the item show signs of misuse, user damage or any kind of third party tampering.
LIABILITY
We will always do our utmost to ensure prompt delivery of goods and meet delivery deadlines to which prior approval has been granted. However, by agreeing to purchase goods from us, you agree to indemnify us from any claims, losses, expenses or liabilities that may occur should the goods not be delivered on time or do not meet your requirements. We will not be held accountable or liable for any of your production or personal losses whatsoever under any circumstances whatsoever other than the cost of the goods ordered in themselves and / or the repair or replacement of those goods.
It is the responsibility of the customer to secure their own liability insurance when using equipment. Any accidents that may occur through misuse or neglect of our products that may cause harm or injury to yourself or a third party is the responsibility of the insurers of the purchaser of the equipment and no insurance claim can be made against us.
