Padded neoprene cushions your palms from the hard dip bar handle. Makes dips much more comfortable.
As a result reps go up. Hand pain goes down.


TIP: Leave all your fingers outside of the elastic strap of the hand pads. This enables you to position the neoprene on the handle for maximum comfort and minimal pain.
