Up for auction is a pair of Gucci stilettoes which you could not buy on the high street without spending a considerable sum of money

  Stunning in, red patent leather with distinctive chrome heels, they are absolutely genuine and in brand new condition, having never been worn. There is no box but they do come with a Gucci bag.

The size marking on the soles is 37C which, as far as I can make out from the Gucci website, equates with a UK size 4 1/2 (the C denoting a more generous fit for the size). Any bidders are asked to satisfy themselves about Gucci sizing because I can only say with certainty that these shoes are a European size 37C.
