Payment:

We are happy to accept payment by Paypal, cheques, postal order or bank transfers. Please allow three working days for any cheque to clear before your item is despatched. We'll let you know when your cheque has cleared and your goods are on their way.

Postage:

We use either Royal Mail or Parcelforce to send our parcels, depending on the size of the item. We quote for first class postage because our customers seem to prefer it that way, but we are happy to post second class, please feel free to ask for a quote. We think  you should know when your payment has been received so we will email you to let you know and then email again when your parcel has been despatched, keeping you informed along the way.

Returns:

Buy from us with confidence. Our returns policy is simple. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return your item to us within seven days of receipt. A full refund will be given for the goods providing the item is in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.  Please note, we do not refund postage for unwanted items.
If the item is damaged in transit please advise us immediately upon receipt. Any item received damaged should be returned to us and will be replaced free of charge.
