A note about shipping...
We use EBay's provided shipping cost services. These rates are determined by EBay in conjunction with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). All items are weighed correctly or rounded up as required by the shipping services provided. All packages that are used to ship these items are correctly measured as well as required by the shipping services provided. Size and weight are factors that EBay, the US Postal Service and UPS use to determine costs. Calculators are provided for the potential buyer to input their zip code or related such information for more detailed estimates of charges.
UPS automatically provides buyers up to $100 USD in included insurance. With US Postal Service options, this is an added and optional cost. We can consider lesser cost shipping via the US Postal Service at an average of 30% less, but we advise our customers to get some sort of tracking information option included. We leave those options to the customer.
Lastly, please note if you are a client who uses a shipping prepaid service or has an account with a shipper (we only accept FedEx, UPS and US Postal Service), feel free to use it and provide that to us at the time of purchase. Ask for an invoice and we can remove the shipping charges and use your prepaid account services.
A note about EBay bidders with low feedback scores...
Our past experiences with low to no feedback score EBay bidders has been both good and bad. We hope that all new EBay participants read carefully the bidding rules as established by EBay. At our discretion we can cancel a bidder's bid. You agree to business terms when you sign onto EBay, and more importantly when you bid or buy an item. Sellers and Buyers in the EBay community want value and respect. That means communicate with seller if you are not paying promptly via PayPal. It takes only a moment to send a message to the seller. Avoid potential unpaid strikes or possible restrictions, etc... by taking simple steps. Bid and Buy only with the intent of paying and/or communicating the seller to make other payment arrangements.
Returns and Exceptions...
We regret to inform that we do not accept returns for refund. Due to past encounters with buyers that have damaged, switched items with defective or fakes we have elected to avoid problems and after sale issues. Our goal is 110% satisfaction, accuracy in descriptions and costs with a prompt shipping turnaround. You can ask us questions for more pictures or to discuss anything
related to the item, we always look to reply within 24-48 hours of receipt of the message. Doing this avoids quite a bit of buyer concern and puts more confidence in what you would like to bid on.
Feedback, it is the best tool out there to help others as well as yourself understand the experience you had with us. Please provide prompt feedback, and again ask questions. This is the only way we can asses your experience with us.
