Ebay, in their wisdom, show a expected delivery time next to the shipping methods.

They state 1-2 days for 1st class mail, the royal mail state:

So if you item does not arrive within 2 days of you buying it, please dont send us nasty emails asking why we havnt sent your item yet.

We more often than not, read our emails everyday.

We will also usually reply to any questions directly to your email address, rather than through the ebay messaging system. (It is far easier to keep the thread of a conversation)

If you do not receive a reply to your question within 24 hours or so, it will usually be because of the of these reasons:

We have'nt received it

We have replied, but you have'nt checked your email program (outlook express etc)

We have replied, but your email program has put our reply into your 'spam' folder

You have asked a question which is already answered in the listing or our 'Frequently asked questions'

You have been rude, threatening or insulting. (We are humans, and a 'Hi' and 'Thanks', 'regards' etc go along away.)
