We will always endeavor to dispatch your purchase within 48 hours of receipt of cleared payment. Normal postage time is about 2 to 4 working days to receive the purchased item in the UK. Please exclude weekends and holidays on all the above times. All of our products are in stock in the UK, therefore there are no delays in posting. Upon dispatch of your order you will be sent an e-mail to confirm postage. For this reason ensure that the e-mail address you have registered with ebay is valid or we may not be able to communicate with you. If you do not receive a confirmation of shipment please let us know.

If the product breaks at any time during the first 12 months we will send you the same or as similar as possible, replacement sunglasses free, you will only have to cover Postage & Packaging cost. Guarantee covers the structure of frames, this guarantee does not cover damage to lenses or surface scratches on the frames and general wear and tear.

Returns Policy

Red Frog International Ltd offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all purchases. Simply return the purchased item within 30 days for a full refund. We are sure you will be very happy with our products, however we have a 30 day money back guarantee. We do not want unhappy customers so we will refund all money paid including the postage on any of your sunglass purchases. However Red Frog International will not refund the return postage.
Steps for requesting a refund:
- Return the merchandise within a 30 days time frame, any item sent and stamped at the Post Office after the 30-day period will be refused. Please e-mail Red Frog when returning the item so we are aware of it.
- Include the item and all accessories in the original (unused) condition, in which the item was received.
- Insure the package and have a tracking number or proof of postage for it. Proof of postage is not proof of receipt.
- Goods returned damaged for a refund will be rejected but an exchange will be considered dependent on circumstances.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NON PAYING CUSTOMERS.
Red Frog will always leave negative feedback for non paying customers. Also be aware that when we apply to Ebay for a credit in advertising costs on non paid accounts, the buyer will automatically receive a strike from Ebay. This will usually preclude them from bidding on most sellers’ items that place blocks on customers with strikes. As a responsible member of the ebay community we will always take this course of action to alert other sellers to members who do not fulfill the contract to buy. It would be preferable that bids are not placed if there is no intention of concluding the sale.
