We accept payment transactions via the Kyozou checkout only (eBay checkout will switch to Kyozou checkout )!
Kyozou.com will not collect any passwords or credit card information from you! Our check out process is designed that it communicates with the merchant to confirm that payments has been made and cleared. All items must be paid for with in ten days from the close of the auction.

- We accept Postal Order/Banker's Draft or PayPal. All payment must go through Kyozou checkout even you want to send Postal Order/Banker's Draft, otherwise, you order would be delayed or canceled. we will give detailed mail address and whom pay to in our Kyozou checkout system.
- Personal cheque MUST be hold 7 days to clear after we receive. After it is cleared, we can send item to you. No exception.
- We participate in the eBay Non-Paying Bidder program. Do not bid if you are not going to pay for your items.

This postage fee is for Zone 1 in UK mainland only. We would not send this item to counties other than above indicated countries.

For customers in Zone 2 and Zone 3, you can use www.kyozou.com system to check out and just pay item fee firstly. After we receive your item fee, we will modify the postage fee for you. Then, you can log back to pay postage fee again.

Collection: We charge 5 handling fee. You need go through our
checkout system firstly. During this check out , you must leave message how to pay this item for collection. We just accept Postal Order , Banker's Draft or Cash for collection. In the check out system, you would be given detail collection address. After you finish this check out process, we will send this order to our warehouse and you can go to collect. If you do not go through our checkout system, our warehouse would not allow you to collect and your order would be delayed. -
You will receive an email confirmation from Outdoorline (Healthline) upon shipment.

We will send out your item(s) in 36 hours expect weekend and holiday after your payment is cleared. All orders will go through our accounting, customer service, and warehouse departments. We could not handle any rush orders.

All items are inspected for damage or defects prior to leaving our warehouse. Contact us immediately if shipping damage is discovered.

Any substantial shipping damage to the packaging must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery. Damage or loss of goods during transit will result in an insurance claim being made against the carrier.

If the product is damaged from shipping or manufacturing, we have the option of either sending you a replacement part or have you return the merchandise for repair or replacement.

Do NOT throw away boxes or packing materials, otherwise your claim will not be honored by the shipping company.

We can not held responsible for any damage or loss in transit and could not take liability for courier company delay.

We accept return only for manufacturing defect within 7 days after end of bid date. After this 20-day-time window, we would not give refund for any reason.

For any manufacturing defect, we have the option of either sending you a replacement part or have you return the merchandise for repair or replacement.

Refunds are for the bid amount only. Postage and handling fee is not refundable (Unless error occurred at our end).
