Returns and Refunds
In the world of ecommerce, we feel it is wrongly perceived by buyers that once a seller has your money, they have forgotten the customer, leading to unnecessary negative reviews.
If we aren’t informed of a problem (however small), then it is impossible for us to endeavour to rectify it.
Our returns and refund policy are as follows:
• Before any enquiry can be processed for refund/returns/exchanges, we will require an email stating the problem you would like assistance with.
• Please also state your name, address details, product you purchased and the reason for your enquiry. If necessary, leave a phone number and one of our team will call you back at our earliest opportunity.
• If an item is sent back and we haven’t received an email enquiry, then the processing time will be greatly increased.
For Damaged and Faulty Goods
• If any goods arrive damaged or faulty, we will ask you to send the item back and we will give you the choice of either an exchange or issue you a full refund including the cost of postage that you have incurred. Please obtain a proof of postage detailing the postage costs you have incurred.
• In the rare event you receive an incorrect item, the above procedure is applicable and we will send you out the correct item.
• This type of return is applicable for 14 days after receipt of the damaged/incorrect item. We also recommend that you obtain proof of posting, in case returned items go missing in the hands of the courier.
Non faulty goods
• If you have received a non-faulty product, and are not happy with them for any reason such as colour or would like to exchange for another product, we would require a return within 7 days of receipt and as stated above, an email to let us know.
• The item must be returned at your cost in a new and unused state in the original packaging with all tags/labels attached, in order that it is fit for resale as a new item.
• Once we have received your item, we will give you the option of a refund or an exchange item.
• If you require an exchange we will send your item out within 24 hours.
• If you require a refund, this will be processed less the postage costs.
• Only in the event that there is an error on our part (such as incorrect item sent by us), will we refund the postage cost, upon receipt of a proof of postage.
• We cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of returned goods.
• If you are unable to return the non-faulty item within 7 days, please contact via email to discuss. |
