• In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty we will either refund or replace the item free of charge. Replacement items or refunds will be issued after item has been returned to TPI and inspected by one of our qualified engineers.

• Shipment of goods will be 3-5 working days from receipt of cleared payment.
