Royal Mail deliver an excellent service, 99% of our items arrive next day (please read our feedback). The majority of our items are too large for your letterbox – if you’re not in when the postman calls your item will be returned to the sorting office – NOT ALL POSTMEN LEAVE CARDS!

We are happy to resend any lost item (usually after 5 working days) but we ask that you contact your local sorting office first to check it’s not been left there – 95% of our missing parcels are left in sorting offices!

This is a guaranteed/traceable service that will be either ‘next working day’ or a ‘two working day service’ Please note; none of these services deliver on a weekend or Bank Holiday.

We don't have terms, we have an honest common sense approach to any problem - if your item arrives damaged, develops a fault or doesn't even arrive we'll replace/refund it - the choice is yours.  

The minimum warranty period is 12 months but it can be longer depending on what it is - We always pay the postage no matter what the issue and all as we ask is fairness in return.

We appreciate on-line shopping is different from the high street, so we always offer a complete money back (including all postage) guarantee - So for whatever reason you don't want the item please let us know and we'll pick it up and refund your money.

The only thing we do ask is to get in touch first and keep the packaging so we can sell it on as new.
