All goods we sell carry YEAR parts and labour guarantee.
Should a product fail within these times customers must phone with a detailed report of the fault. Should a product fail within the first 7 DAYS, we will pay for a courier to collect & return the unit to us for evaluation. If faulty, the unit will be repaired or replaced at our discression. We will also bear the return cost. Customers must include a copy of the original invoice and also a written report of the fault.
Cartridges/Styli and Crossfaders are not included in the guarantee as these are wear and tear items ( user replaceable ).
Goods can only be returned Mon-Fri - 9.00am - 6.00pm.
We are unable to specify a time. Should a day for delivery/collection be agreed and our couriers are unable to recieve a response at the address supplied, no further deliveries/collection will be attempted without payment of £15 per attempt.
Please ensure that units are packed in an outer box to ensure the product box is not defaced.
Once we have the item back we will endevour to return the item within 24-48 hours (subject to availability of parts).
