Sodalite is a lovely blue stone which has wonderful stress-relieving properties.  It can balance the endocrine system, strengthen the metabolism, reduce stress and help to lower blood pressure.  It's gentle, calming energy is an excellent aid to communication and writing, and helps with logic, communicating ideas and truth.

Sodalite is excellent for meditation and psychic development.  It gently eases open inner doorways, and creates an inner harmony.
